Reiki Healing at Crystal Aura Holistic Healing

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that can support relaxation, balance and a greater sense of wellbeing. At Crystal Aura Holistic Healing, I offer Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki® and Angelic Reiki®, allowing each session to be tailored to you and your individual needs.

Based in Orpington, Kent, I offer face-to-face Reiki sessions, with distance Reiki also available for those who are unable to attend in person.

Whether you're feeling stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, energetically out of balance or simply feel that you need some time to relax and reconnect with yourself, Reiki provides a peaceful space to pause and receive.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice based around the concept of universal life-force energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above different areas of the body, allowing the recipient to remain fully clothed throughout.

Many people find a Reiki session deeply relaxing and may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling or a feeling of calm. Everyone's experience is individual, and there is no particular sensation that you need to feel for you to enjoy your session.

At Crystal Aura, I offer several forms of Reiki, each with its own approach and energy.

Usui Reiki

Usui Reiki is the traditional form of Reiki developed in Japan by Mikao Usui. It is a gentle, non-invasive practice used to encourage relaxation and a sense of harmony between mind, body and spirit.

A Usui Reiki session gives you an opportunity to slow down, relax and take some time away from the pressures of everyday life.

Holy Fire Reiki®

Holy Fire Reiki®  is a form of Reiki that I offer alongside traditional Usui Reiki. It provides a gentle and nurturing experience, with the session centred around relaxation, inner peace and personal wellbeing.

You don't need any previous experience of Reiki or spiritual practices to receive Holy Fire® Reiki. You can simply relax and allow yourself some dedicated time for you

Angelic Reiki®

Angelic Reiki® is a gentle, spiritually focused energy-healing system that works with angelic energy.

During an Angelic Reiki® session, I create a calm and supportive space where you can relax and receive the healing energy. This may appeal particularly to those who feel drawn to angels, spiritual development or a deeper connection with their own spiritual journey.

As with all of my Reiki treatments, your experience will be personal to you.

What Can Reiki Support?

People choose Reiki for many different reasons. You may wish to book a session to:

  • take time out from everyday stress
  • support your emotional and spiritual wellbeing
  • feel more grounded and balanced
  • create space for reflection and self-care
  • support your personal or spiritual journey

Reiki is a complementary therapy and isn't intended to replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

What Happens During a Reiki Session?

Before we begin, we'll have a short conversation about how you're feeling and what you would like from your session. You don't need to have a particular problem or goal — you're equally welcome to book simply because you'd like to experience Reiki.

You'll remain fully clothed and can relax comfortably while I work with the Reiki energy. Depending on the session and your preferences, I may place my hands gently on appropriate areas or work with my hands just above the body.

I may also incorporate elements such as crystals or gentle sound where appropriate and with your agreement, creating a session personalised to you.

Afterwards, you'll have time to gently bring your awareness back and we can discuss your experience if you'd like to.

Reiki in Orpington, Kent

I am based in Orpington, Kent and offer Reiki sessions to clients in Orpington and surrounding areas. Mobile Reiki sessions may also be available in your own home.

Selected Reiki sessions can also be provided through distance healing, meaning you don't necessarily need to be physically present to receive a session.
